Return/Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We regret we cannot accept returns, exchanges or give refunds.  Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. All items are packed in protective envelopes. If merchandise is found to be defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately after your package arrives. All claims MUST be made within 30 days of your order date. We do not give refunds. Camel Productions will replace defective products but we may ask that you pay an additional charge to register and insure the replacement package.

Please do not return any items without prior authorization.

Third Party Deliveries

Camel Productions will not be held liable for packages delivered to any address other than that of the cardholder. If you designate a shipping address of a courier service, a friend, your workplace, etc., you must agree to accept the risk for non-delivery.

We accept VISA or Mastercard credit cards (via SagePay) as well as PayPal.
