All deliveries are via the Royal Mail.
IMPORTANT FOR EU ORDERS: Please be aware before placing your order that all deliveries to the European Union will be subject to taxes/VAT, Customs, etc. and these charges are payable before being able to claim your parcel from the courier.
Return/Refund Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We cannot accept returns, exchanges or give refunds. Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. All items are packed in protective envelopes. If merchandise is found to be defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately after your package arrives. All claims MUST be made within 14 days of your delivery date. We do not give refunds. Camel Productions will replace defective products but we may ask that you pay an additional charge to register and insure the replacement package.

Third Party Deliveries
Camel Productions will not be held liable for packages delivered to any address other than that of the cardholder. If you designate a shipping address of a courier service, a friend, your workplace, etc., you must agree to accept the risk for non-delivery.
