TERMS AND CONDITIONS
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We regret we are unable to give refunds or accept returns/exchanges. Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. All items are packed in protective envelopes. If merchandise is found to be defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately after your package arrives. All claims MUST be made within 14 days of your order date. Camel Productions will replace defective products but we may ask that you pay an additional charge to register and insure the replacement package.
You may cancel your order prior to processing. Once it is in processing, it cannot be canceled.
All orders to the UK and EU will attract 20% VAT at the checkout point. After the transition period ends on 31 December 2020, EU customers will no longer pay VAT on UK purchases.
We offer shipment only via the UK's Royal Mail. All orders are shipped 1st Class to the UK; AirMail to all other destinations. You may opt to choose a signed-for delivery. **IMPORTANT** If you choose a signed-for delivery, you must notify your mail carrier if you are unable to be home during normal postal delivery hours. If your delivery fails and your parcel is returned to Camel Productions, you will have to pay an additional shipping charge for re-delivery. Please be pro-active and contact your postal carrier to find out the status of your order in your country.
Third Party Deliveries
Camel Productions will not be held liable for packages delivered to any address other than that of the cardholder. If you designate a shipping address of a courier service, a friend, your workplace, etc., you agree to accept the risk for non-delivery.
We accept VISA or Mastercard credit cards via SagePay). We also accept PayPal.
We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. We employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card information. This online system is as secure as it can possibly be.
