IMPORTANT NOTICE: NOTICE: Due to coronavirus, the global postal system has been adversely effected resulting in delivery times to ALL destinations, i.e. internationally (all of North America, the Near and Far East as all of Europe e.g. The Netherlands, France, Spain, etc.) but also to the UK. DELIVERY TIMES ARE TAKING AS LONG AS 12-18 WEEKS and longer. Please be prepared to wait this length of time as once your order is dispatched we cannot cancel it nor can we know where the package is even if it is a signed-for delivery. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We are unable to give refunds or accept returns/exchanges. Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. All items are packed in protective envelopes. If merchandise is found to be defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately after your package arrives. All defective claims MUST be made within 14 days of the date of delivery. Camel Productions will replace but not refund defective products and we may ask that you pay an additional charge to register and insure the replacement package. If a product is not found to be defective, there will be a 25% restocking fee. We cannot make exceptions.
CANCELLATIONS: You may cancel your order prior to processing (Awaiting Fulfillment). Once it is in processing, it cannot be canceled.
DELIVERY
EU ORDERS: Please be aware before placing your order that all deliveries to the European Union will be subject to taxes/VAT, Customs, etc. and these charges are payable before being able to claim your parcel from the courier.
If your order is returned due to unpaid taxes, customs, duties, etc., you will have to pay for re-delivery. Camel Productions will not refund a returned order as the process of returning an undeliverable parcel creates repeated and unnecessary handling which damages the product.
Orders are dispatched via the Royal Mail either by standard mail or by signed-for.**IMPORTANT**: If you requested a SIGNED-FOR DELIVERY but you cannot be at home to receive the package, please leave instructions for your postal carrier to leave it in a safe place to avoid having it returned to us.
You will have to pay for re-delivery if your order is returned to us under any circumstances. If you decline re-delivery, there will be a 25% restocking charge applied as once it has reached your destination and been returned, it cannot be resold. If damaged, a 50% charge is applied. Shipping charges are non-refundable under any circumstances once the order is dispatched.
TAXES:
All orders to the UK will attract 20% VAT at the checkout point. For EU orders, see DELIVERY above
SHIPPING OPTIONS:
We offer shipment only via the UK's Royal Mail. All orders are shipped 1st Class to the UK; AirMail to all other destinations. You may opt to choose a signed-for delivery. **IMPORTANT** If you choose a signed-for delivery, you must notify your mail carrier if you are unable to be home during normal postal delivery hours. If your delivery fails and your parcel is returned to Camel Productions, you will have to pay an additional shipping charge for re-delivery. Please be pro-active and contact your postal carrier to find out the status of your order in your country.
THIRD PARTY DELIVERIES:
Camel Productions will not be held liable for packages delivered to any address other than that of the cardholder. If you designate a shipping address as a courier service, a friend, your workplace, etc., you agree to accept the risk for non-delivery.
